On frequent occasions
during the interview process, the client mentioned the concept of a
‘Lady’s Work Space’. Aspects describing such a space involved
listening, resting, pondering, enjoyable reading, writing, thinking,
supporting needs, the ability ‘to be,’ allowing the work part to be
hidden at times and the welcome part to come out, joy in entering and being
in the space, to be inspired, and for the space to allow transcendence into
greater understandings and being. It was to be a personal place for mind,
body, spirit as the focus was on writing and research. A priority of the client was to have
space in this room to physically rest in a prone position.
