Phase I

INTERPRET

Phase II

ALIGN

Business and
Space

Phase III

IDENTIFY
This consultation is efficient in time and economical in cost. In a week’s time, for under $500, you have valuable information about the impact of the first impressions of your business. This may be sufficient for your needs or you may decide to add Phase II to learn more.

PREPARE
We will gather information about your business from your website or marketing literature.
OBSERVE
During a time you select in a business day, we will observe your space as a ‘client’. This may take 30 minutes to an hour.
PRESENT
We will contact you within 7 business days to arrange an appointment to share our two
-page summary of observations and suggestions.

INTERPRET
This consultation builds from Phase I by adding your input about your business, provides a written report with multiple suggestions, and a presentation to your staff or Board of Directors. Completion of Phase I and II may be sufficient for your needs or you may wish to add Phase III.

PREPARE
Completion of Phase I. We will meet with your CEO, staff, or your Board of Directors. With our assistance, we will have you clarify the purpose of this space and identify the core values of your business. We will photograph your space.
REPORT
A written report will be prepared that shares impressions of your space and presents a number of considerations for enhancing first impressions and client hospitality.
PRESENT
A presentation will be made that includes photographs, recommendations and reasons for any suggested changes.

ALIGN
Building on Phase I and II this consultation adds focus groups or interviews, a seminar on the effects of the reception area on clients and a ‘design’ session with staff/employees/Board of Directors, an updated report, and a final presentation.

PREPARE
Completion of Phase I and Phase II
LISTEN
Focus groups or interviews could be held with your staff and/or selected clients to gain input on the impression and needs of the reception area.
DESIGN
A seminar on first impressions, how your space markets your business, and attention to the needs of clients will be offered followed by an in-house design session to re-think the space.
REPORT
We will update the report that shares the impressions of your space to include input from the focus groups/interviews and the design session. This report will offer considerations for enhancing first impressions, the marketing of your space, and attention to client needs.
PRESENT
A presentation will be made that includes photographs, recommendations and reasons for any suggested changes.
