It was quite helpful to have a “fresh eyes” perspective.  That is, someone who is not ordinarily in our space looking at that space critically. In addition, I found it helpful to have an “expert” on the scene in the midst of some important remodeling decisions. I also appreciated the way Susan caused us to look at the way others perceive our space, and how important that impression is to our business’ success!

I think the real value (of Spatial Impact’s consulting) is when it is not so obvious that a change in environment should be made – or a business knows something just isn’t right; yet they are not sure what is out of balance. Your work made us step back and look at a “bigger picture”.  Spatial Impact provides a check-up for balance and harmony in the business’ atmosphere before the business decides to move forward with a change.

Susan does indeed ‘interpret the language of space’.
Architectural Firm

Your report validated us in some helpful ways, helped settle some ongoing issues we have had, made some things conscious that we had become oblivious to, and challenged us to make some helpful changes that would not have been apparent to us.
Counseling Service

Spatial Impact was crucial in many areas resulting in a delightful work environment that reflects both the mission of our agency and the personalities of the individuals on staff.
Non-profit Agency

Susan is extremely pleasant to work with, very professional, and sensitive to the environment.
Investment Office

Knowing how important the first impression is and what a short time it takes to make one; we wanted an expert's eye to evaluate our new business site.  Spatial Impact helped us see the outside of the building, the entrance, and showroom from a client's point of view. Changes were made that will make a big difference in our business!
